Become a HOPE Doula!

We believe every pregnant and birthing person deserves compassionate, culturally responsive support during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Many people ,especially from underserved, marginalized, or medically underserved communities , experience pregnancy and childbirth without reliable emotional, informational, or practical support. A trained doula can be the difference between feeling isolated and feeling empowered. You’ll be part of a community-centered, mission-driven effort to improve birth equity and maternal care access.

Who We’re Looking For: We invite applicants who…

  • Are committed to compassionate, inclusive, non-judgmental care.

  • Respect and center client autonomy, cultural background, and lived experience.

  • Ready to support & uplift birthing people who may face systemic barriers to care.

  • Willing to learn, grow, and work collaboratively as part of the HOPE community.

We especially encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds, including people of color, immigrants, people with different abilities, who bring lived and cultural experience to their care. If you feel called to support families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and want to help us build a more just, caring birth experience for all, please apply!
